Mission
To recommend pedestrian safety improvement ideas to the Village Board.
Goals
Education – Develop and distribute educational materials, including PSAs and other media tools (news coverage, etc.) to promote pedestrian safety.
Design – Research and recommend roadway design and signage ideas that will create a safer environment for pedestrians.
Roadway Network – Work with New York State, Onondaga County, and adjacent town leaders to reduce the amount of through traffic in the Village.
